Remove Provider from added list | Feature Requests

There should be a feature to remove added providers from the owner's dashboard. Currently, I do not see any way to remove an added provider as it may very well be that agents can stop working with a provider at any given point.

Thank you for your question. You can delete a provider in Inteleagent however, there's a safety check in place for providers you have associated applications with. To avoid existing applications having their provider deleted, Inteleagent does not allow provider deletion if there's an application associated with that provider. In order to delete that provider, you'll have to delete the applications first.

To delete a provider, go to Details tab, and find the DELETE button at the button of the page.
